Absolutely! Remember, assignment request are first come, first serve. So, keep an eye on your profile for all requests.
No matter how far in advance the assignment is, you must cancel as soon as you know. To cancel, open the appointment in your schedule and you will find a “Cancel” button. As soon as this assignment is canceled, all interpreters within this industry field will see the availability of the assignment.
You may cancel but, if you cancel within 24 hours of the assignment, the cancellation notice will be recorded in your profile page. iTerp takes interpreter cancelations seriously as we are committed to bringing honest and reliable customer service to our providers. After three (3) last-minute cancellations, one of our team members will be in touch with you.
